Note:
Unsuitable materials: PE (polyethylene), PP (polypropylene) and PTFE (polytetrafluoroethylene).
In isolated cases, adhesion problems may occur due to coating and release agents that are sometimes used in the plastic production process.
If necessary, the material suitability should be checked in an inconspicuous area.
The product should be stored in a frost-proof place.
Areas of application:
Repair of spoilers, radiator grilles, panel clips, bumpers, headlight brackets and radiators.
When repairing EPDM with non-structural adhesives, the operating instructions must be followed.
Bonding of various thermosetting plastics (e.g. CFRP, SMC, BMC and RTM). Bonding of thermoplastics (e.g. ABS, PC and PUR-RIM). Bonding of coated metal and wood.
Excellent chemical resistance to various liquids such as petrol, many lubricating oils and ethyl acetate.
Instructions:
The substrate must be load-bearing and clean, dry and free of grease and rust. Residues of previously used adhesive must also be removed.
Before screwing on the mixing tube, the nozzle must be cleaned of glue residues.
The first 2 cm of glue that comes out of the mixing tube must also not be used. When applying the glue, the mixer must be kept in the glue to prevent bubbles. Follow the operating instructions.
