Technical information

NBQ Gasket RTV is a one-component sealing sealant with good adhesion, which can withstand high temperatures and remains stable in contact with aggressive chemicals.
The product withstands oils, fuels and coolants for a long time.
Since the product is solvent-free, it is safe for sensors and different materials and does not cause corrosion.
NBQ Gasket RTV is not paintable. The width of the sealant strip should be 2:1 to its thickness.
 
Suitable for sealing engines, gearboxes, differentials, ventilation systems, furnaces, oiling and cooling systems.
These applications are usually characterized by a wide temperature range, vibration and aggressive environments.
 
• Transport, store and use at temperatures between +5 ºC and +45 ºC.
• The surfaces to be joined must be dry and clean.
• Open the product and drop a little of the product on a piece of paper or cloth to check its quality.
• Adjust the amount from the dispenser.
• Press the trigger and apply the product to the surface.
• At the end of the work, close the nozzle with a cap.
• In case of subsequent clogging, remove the nozzle and clean it.
