CST Tape

Strong thin double-sided tape based on PVC carrier and modified acrylic adhesive. The product has very good adhesion strength and temperature resistance. CST Tape is intended for places where a very thin and strong joint and good accuracy between materials are important.

For joining different materials - metal, aluminum, wood, PVC, PET, plastics, painted
surfaces, etc.
NB! CST Tape does not bond PE and PP plastics well.

• Transport, store and use at temperatures between +10 ºC and +30 ºC.
• The surfaces to be joined must be dry, clean and dust-free - if necessary, clean the surfaces beforehand with Multi Clean Foam.
• Install the products with tape and press the tape well into contact with the material to achieve better bonding strength.
• The product reaches full bonding strength after 24 hours.
• Avoid contact of fingers with the adhesive surface of the tape during installation - this can reduce the contact strength.
• When removing, mechanically remove the PVC cover plastic and clean the adhesive residue with Brake Clean Strong 2 or Gasket Remover.
NB! For complex and silicone-containing plastics, use a plastic primer to achieve better contact between the materials.
